Review Process

Here is an overview of how you can control the review process.

Review process

These allocation methods can be used:

Automated allocation

- All reviewers receive all abstracts

- Allocation of a maximum number of abstracts across all topics

- Allocation of all abstracts in a specific topic

- Allocate a maximum number of abstracts to specific topics

Manual allocation:

- Allocation at abstract number level (instructions)

- Allocation at reviewer level (instructions)

Initial allocation is done by Smart Abstract in an automated allocation process.

Add missing abstracts

Prior to the allocation process, you should check if any abstracts are missing. If so, you can use this method to submit the missing papers at a later date.
