Download submitted files

File management

As organiser you can download all files uploaded by submitters as a zip file directory.

Navigate to
> Reports & Statistics
> Files > Uploaded text and image files

Selection

Select the files you want to download.
If only e.g. ePosters have been uploaded, only this option is available
Choose the abstracts status, e.g.
files from accepted abstracts only

Choose the directory structure, e.g.
- all files in one folder
- all files sorted in sub folders by topi

Finally, click on the button Download all files as zip archive.
A new window will open with the option to select a location on your computer.

Download image files

Scroll to
> "Download all images"

> click the button Download all files as zip archive
A new window will open with the option to select a location on your computer.
