Submit abstracts

The late-breaking deadline enables a separate submission process after the regular abstract submission deadline.

The aim of a late-breaking abstract submission is to ensure that current scientific research can be incorporated into the conference planning shortly before the start of the congress, even if the regular submission process has already closed.

The late-breaking abstract deadline can also be used in the sense of late-minute abstracts for submissions after the regular deadline.

Late-breaking abstracts will be recorded and flagged separately in the system.

Setting the Late Breaking Abstract deadline

Navigate to
> Settings
> Deadlines

and scroll down to the "Deadline - Late Breaking Abstracts" section.
Click on the button "Activate Deadline for Late Breaking Abstracts".



Set the desired deadline and confirm by clicking on the Save button.

Now the Late Breaking Deadline is active and further abstracts can be submitted.
