Insert images

Content page

You can insert images into your page using the text editor.

Note: Images are inserted using a hyperlink.
They must first be uploaded to an external web server.

Navigate to
> Menu
> Pages

Open the desired page in the Content tab.
In the text editor, click where you want to insert the image.

Step 1: Find the URL of the image

Open the website where the image you want to insert is located in a new window.

Depending on your browser, right-click and select "Copy image address" or "Copy image address".

Step 2: Insert the image using the text editor

Switch to the text editor and click on the icon for inserting images or graphics.

An image properties form will open.

Fill in the required fields:

  • URL: Enter the address of the copied graphic or image (Ctrl + V or right click > Paste).

  • Alternative text: Enter a short description of the image. The alt text is displayed when an image is not loaded, when the mouse pointer is over the image or when a screen reader is used.

  • Width and Height: Image dimensions cannot be changed in the editor. They are applied automatically and the image is always displayed at its original size. If necessary, change the size on the server where you saved the image.

You can also paste images directly into the text editor using Copy + Paste (Ctrl+c, Ctrl+V).
Warning: Although the image size may appear to be changed, the image will always be displayed in its original size in the application!

Save the image by clicking the OK button.

Optional: Linking images

You can link images to an external website, phone numbers or email addresses.
Select the image with a single click and click the hyperlink icon.
