Exhibitors and sponsors
You would like to display banner ads on certain pages of the application.
Step 1: Upload your banner

Step 1: Upload your banner
Navigate to
> Content
> Exhibitors & Sponsors
1. Open the desired company/sponsor profile and go to the "Media" tab.
2. In the "Banner" section, click on the Select file button to select the two banner files from your hard drive.
Specifications:
In order for the banner to display optimally on all display sizes, it must be saved in two different sizes.
Small displays: 960 x 224 px
Larger displays: 1920 x 224 px
Important: When creating the graphics, make sure that the distance between the text/image and the top and bottom edges is at least 35 px.
3. Banner linking
Option 1: By default, banners are linked to the company profile page.
Option 2: If you have entered a website in the "Contact" section of the "Company profile" tab, you can also link the banner to the company website.
Option 3: If you wish, you can remove the link to the banner to embed it without a link.
4. Save your changes.
Replace banner
To replace your banner, simply upload a new banner and save your changes.
Delete banner
Select "Delete?" next to the banner and confirm your change by saving.
Step 2: Specify pages
In this step you specify the pages on which you want the banner to appear.
1. Open the "Menu" section in the main menu and select the page(s).
2. Under the "Sponsorship" tab
> Activate the sponsorship slider for the page
> Select which banner(s) should be displayed.
If you do not explicitly select a company, all uploaded banners will be displayed.
3. Once you have saved your entries, the banner will appear in the app within 60 seconds.
Banner without exhibitor profile
1. Create a company that is neither a sponsor nor an exhibitor.
2. You can avoid a link to the company profile in the app by selecting "none".
3. If the banner is to be linked to the sponsor's website:
> Enter the URL of the website in the "Contact" section under "Website".
> Select "External website" as the link
Presentation in the app
Notes on the function:
Each banner is displayed for 7 seconds before being replaced.
Each banner can be linked to the company profile, an external website or not linked at all.
