Add chairs / moderators

Planning contributors

After you have created a session, a lecture or a (non-scientific) event, you can link the tasks ‘moderation’ and ‘chair’ to people using the corresponding tabs.

  • Open the ‘Moderation’ or ‘Chair’ tab

  • Select the person from the list of ‘Available moderators’ or ‘Chairs’ (on the right)

  • confirm your selection with e.g. Assign selected moderators (at the end of the list).

The selected person now appears on the left-hand side, e.g. under ‘Active moderators’.

Alternatively:
If the person has not yet been added to the system, you can create them directly here: To do this, select, for example, Add new moderator.
