Add chairs / moderators

After you have created a session, a lecture or a (non-scientific) event, you can link the tasks ‘moderation’ and ‘chair’ to people using the corresponding tabs.
Open the ‘Moderation’ or ‘Chair’ tab
Select the person from the list of ‘Available moderators’ or ‘Chairs’ (on the right)
confirm your selection with e.g.
Assign selected moderators
(at the end of the list).
The selected person now appears on the left-hand side, e.g. under ‘Active moderators’.
Alternatively:
If the person has not yet been added to the system, you can create them directly here: To do this, select, for example, Add new moderator
