Add chairs / moderators

After you have created a session, a lecture or a (non-scientific) event, you can link the tasks ‘moderation’ and ‘chair’ to people using the corresponding tabs.

  • Open the ‘Moderation’ or ‘Chair’ tab,

  • select the person from the list of ‘Available moderators’ or ‘Available chairs’ (on the right),

  • confirm your selection with e.g. Assign selected moderators (at the end of the list).

The selected person now appears on the left-hand side, e.g. under ‘Active moderators’.

Add new moderator/chair
If a person does not exist in the list of available moderators, click the buttom Add new moderator.
