Program export (Excel)

The following Excel files are available for export under the "Reports" tab:

1. Main program report
   The main report contains all the data from the program planning:

   • Session data (light blue)

   • Presentations (orange)

   • Persons: Presenters, Moderators and Chairs (yellow)
     

2. Programm PLUS
   This report contains the same data as the Main Program Report PLUS, in particular data from the abstract submission.

   • First-authors and Submitters (yellow)

   • Review results (green)

3. Programme by persons
   In this export you will find the following data for each person:

   • Name and address details

   • Status: planned/not planned

   • Planned as/in: List of program numbers

   • Link to personal program overview in the online session planner

4. Program by room
   This report is optimised for on-site technology. It provides a quick overview of the relevant information for each room..
