Send login data
With the role "coordinator" you can send old and new users their access data or a prepared invitation to your reviewers or invited speakers by email.
Navigate to > User > User administration
Step 1: Open user account
Filter by role, e.g. author or reviewer, and enter the name or email address of the user you are looking for in the search box on the right. Click the
Select the user you are looking for from the list of results and click the
pencil iconnext to the desired role to edit the user information.
The detailed view will open.
Note: The options for the possible roles and associated mailings differ for the "Submission" and "Review/Planner" sections. Please make sure you select the correct area.
Step 2: Send login data
Scroll down to the "Assign role" section.
a) In the "Submitter" section, edit individuals with the roles of "Author" and "Invited Speaker".
b) In the "Review/Planner" section, edit individuals with the roles of "Reviewer" and "Chair" and "Moderator".
Send new login data, if you want to send the selected user the new access data to the stored e-mail address. A default email will be sent that cannot be customized.
Optional: Send invitation mailing
Send invitation to speaker(if an email is prepared for speakers)
Send invitation to reviewer(if an e-mail for reviewers is prepared)
if you want to send the selected user a prepared invitation mailing to the stored e-mail address. These mailings have to be created before, contact us if necessary.
