Upload company logo

Exhibitors and sponsors

You would like to add a logo to a company profile. Optionally, you can add your company logo to the pin on the room map.

Please note:
If you wish to display a company on the Sponsors page, you must enter a logo.

Add a logo

Regulations:

Dimensions: 500 x 500 px
Image ratio: 1:1
File format: JPG or PNG (without transparency)

Navigate to
> Content
> Exhibitors & sponsors

1. Open the desired company profile and go to the "Media" tab.

2. In the "Logo" section, click on the Select file button to select the logo from your hard drive.
After successful upload, the graphic will be displayed in the backend.

3. Check the linking of the logo.
By default, logos are linked to the company profile.

Option 1: If you have saved a website in the "Contact" section of the "Company profile" tab, you can also link the logo to the company website.
Option 2: You can remove the link if you wish.

4. Save your changes.

Click on:

Save — to remain on the page
Save and close — to return to the summary list

Edit a logo

To replace a logo, simply upload a new logo and confirm your change with Save or Save and close.

Delete a logo

Select "Delete?" and confirm your change with Save or Save and close.

Note: The red delete button at the bottom of the page will delete your entire company profile!

Optional: Add a logo for the pin

1. Click on the "Media" tab in the "Icons" area and click on the Select file button under Icon 1 to select the icon from your hard drive.

Note: The display is very small. Select a high contrast graphic with little detail or font, such as a favicon.

After a successful upload, the graphic will be displayed inside the pointer pin.

2. Save your changes.

Click on:

Save — to remain on the page
Save and close — to return to the summary list
