This will take you to a page showing a graphical overview of your events by room and time.
To find a specific event more quickly, you can filter the page by days and rooms.
You can create new program items or edit existing ones with a single click.
Program List
Navigate to :
> Program planning
> Program list
The program list displays all scheduled items in a list view. The view provides the following editing options.
Search and filter options
The filter offers a variety of options to display only specific programme items, for example by:
Day, room, category, programme types and topics
Status: non-public contributions, cancelled abstracts, with video presentation, etc.
When searching, the search scope includes: titles, session numbers, abstract numbers.
Access to presentations scheduled in the session
The "Schedule session" button opens the detailed schedule of the presentation.
Adding presenters
Use the plus icons or the pencil icon to open the view to add or edit contributors (invited speaker, presenter, chair). Example:
Edit session and presentation numbers
If you are working with presentation numbers, you can use the pencil icon to manually create or edit session and presentation numbers.

Edit status
Depending on the type of program, you can change the status of planned items directly from the list view, e.g.
The program item is public and can be set to "Not public" by clicking on it.
A session is being edited and can be "closed" for editing by clicking on it. The person with the "Event admin" role can re-open the session for editing.
The abstract has been accepted and can be set by clicking on "Cancelled".
Sorting the program list
The sorting of the program is relevant for the export of the scientific program and, if applicable, the abstract volume, as well as for the generation of session and presentation numbers.
