Search and filter options

The filter offers a variety of options to display only specific programme items, for example by:

  • Day, room, category, programme types and topics

  • Status: non-public contributions, cancelled abstracts, with video presentation, etc.

When searching, the search scope includes: titles, session numbers, abstract numbers.

Edit status

Depending on the type of program, you can change the status of planned items directly from the list view, e.g.

  • image.png The program item is public and can be set to "Not public" by clicking on it.

  • image.png A session is being edited and can be "closed" for editing by clicking on it. The person with the "Event admin" role can re-open the session for editing.

  • image.png The abstract has been accepted and can be set by clicking on "Cancelled".

Sorting the program list

The sorting of the program is relevant for the export of the scientific program and, if applicable, the abstract volume, as well as for the generation of session and presentation numbers.
