Assign sponsoring level
Exhibitors and sponsors - Company profile
As conference organiser, you can define different sponsorship packages that may vary in content and scope.
You can specify whether a company will act act as sponsor and to what extent In each company profile.
Navigate to > Content > Exhibitors & sponsors
1. Open the company profile you want to include in the tab "Company profile" .
Select "Sponsor" in the "Profile" section.
2. Switch to the tab "Sponsoring".
A drop-down field offers you the selection of the sponsoring levels that you defined previously.
Select the desired sponsoring level.
Optional: Specify a non-alphabetical order.
By default, company profiles are displayed alphabetically within each level of the sponsor overview. Therefore, if companies A, B and C are all bronze sponsors, they will appear in the order A, B. and C. respectively.
If C is to be listed first, the positions must be adjusted accordingly: C=1, A=2, B=3.
Optional: Select an event sponsored by the company.
3. Save your changes:
Update- to stay on the pageUpdate and close- to return to the overview list.
The appearance in the app depends on your chosen settings:
