You can include overview maps in the app so that participants can quickly find all the rooms or companies at the industry exhibition.
You can include overview maps in the app so that participants can quickly find all the rooms or companies at the industry exhibition.
In a first step, you upload a plan.
In a second step, you can link rooms and company profile to a plan.
Step 1: upload floor plan
> In the "Contents" menu, select the menu item "Floor plans"
> Click the "Add new" button in the top right
> Enter the name of the plan
> In the field "Position", set the order, e.g.1 or 2 (if you use multiple plans)
> Upload and save plan
Step 2.1: pin room to a plan
> In the "Contents" menu, select the menu item "Locations"
> Click the "Add new" button in the top right
> Select the room to be assigned to from the drop-down menu "Assign room to floor plan"
> Select the plan from the drop-down menu under "Floor plan" where the room is located.
> Position pin: To position a pin, now go with the mouse to the space on the plan and hold the mouse longer. This sets the pin.
If you want to change the pin, go to another point and hold the mouse longer down.
