Abstract management

During submission, submitters may prepare abstracts for themselves or on behalf of others, edit them, submit the abstracts or withdraw them. Submission ends with the regular deadline.


As an organiser, you can take control of the submission process by

You keep track of the submissions by means of the submission status, which abstracts have been created in the system, but have not been finished or submitted?

Remove (test) abstracts and duplicates

Please note, once abstracts have been created, they cannot be deleted.

You can set up a separate submission processes for late-breaking and invited speakers abstracts. Both deadlines can also be used for late minute submissions.
